About Matty
Hi, I’m Matty! I chose to become a driving instructor because I genuinely enjoy teaching and helping people develop vital skills that keep them on the road, safe for life. My background is in education as a qualified PE teacher, and when I’m not coaching on the road, I am kept busy at home with my two young children and enjoy staying active through running and tennis.
At Pri Plus, our ultimate priority is your safety and confidence behind the wheel. My goal is to deliver structured, patient, and client-centered lessons tailored entirely to your personal learning style. We want you to feel completely secure and independent on today's busy roads, which is why I work closely with you to fully build your skills and ensure you are thoroughly prepared and bursting with confidence before we head to the test centre.
In addition to teaching beginners, I specialise in conducting Refresher Driving Lessons. Whether you have held your licence for years but have taken a long break from the road, feel anxious about tackling busy multi-lane roundabouts, or simply want to brush up on modern road rules and break old habits, my refresher sessions are entirely tailored to your needs. We will work together at your own pace in a calm, stress-free environment to get you feeling completely relaxed and in control of your driving once again.
