My offer for you - First Lesson Free - As a welcome to my new drivers I am currently offering you a driving lesson free when you book your first ten hours with me.
My name is Michelle and I am based in Eastergate. I teach automatic transmission driving lessons locally in the Arundel, Chichester, Bognor Regis locations, along with the surrounding areas. I do have a limited amount of availability for evenings and weekend driving lessons because I understand that sometimes work & family commitments may make midweek driving lessons difficult to achieve.
A little about me
I previously had a fourteen year career working as a front line responder to 999 emergency calls for the West Midlands Ambulance Service. I moved to Chichester in 2017 to be closer to my family after being a full time carer for my mum. It was then that I decided to become a driving instructor because I could combine my passion for driving with my desire to help people. To relax, I like to take my rescue dog, Rosie out on long country walks with my partner Stuart.

Simply fill out my enquiry template below and I will contact you with a text initially to discuss your driving tuition in my dual controlled car and put you at ease. I always aim to make your driving lessons fun, because I know if you are enjoying your lessons you will learn quicker and to a deeper level. You will find that I believe in attention to detail when teaching you to drive also. When coaching you to drive, you will find that this approach is beneficial and will prepare you to be a safer driver for life.
Are you a full licence holder and maybe just switched to an automatic car and need a little confidence building? I can carry out refresher driving lessons in my dual controlled car or your own car.

This is integral when learning how to drive! Michelle always wanted me to end my lesson on a positive note, which for me meant practicing parking until I felt happy that I had got it right. She is very learner-focused and I always got the feeling that she’s in this industry for the love of the job. I could tell that Michelle genuinely cares about her students and enjoys enabling them to gain freedom. Can’t recommend enough, especially for nervous drivers.

I had a great experience with Michelle, having had some lessons previously I was feeling quite anxious about starting again. However she put me at ease immediately and throughout my lessons. She was calm, knowledgeable and clear, helping me to identify things that went well and improvements which she would help me to work on. She would reflect on lessons and turn up to the next one with resources to help my understanding.
I never felt like any question was a silly one and this made me feel confident and comfortable even when undertaking new skills. She was so supportive and even when I was doubting my self and particularly when I was feeling nervous when we got closer to my test. She was always really prepared for my lessons and we worked out the best plan for lessons and her debrief at the end of each lesson was invaluable, as this helped me to focus on specific tasks and reflect on what went well. I really appreciate her efforts in helping me to pass first time in quite a short period of time, I was able to book lessons outside of my working hours and weekends.
I would highly recommend Michelle and think she made me enjoy driving after putting off lessons for a long time.
