Hello, I’m Mike — your local manual driving instructor covering Gosport and Fareham.

My ultimate goal is to guide you on your driving journey and help you pass your driving test whilst teaching you the skills needed for "Safe Driving for Life". Whether you are a complete beginner sitting behind the wheel for the very first time, an anxious driver looking to build your confidence, or someone who just needs a quick refresher course, I am here to help you succeed.

As a proud family man with two children, I know exactly how important it is to keep our roads safe for the next generation. Before turning my focus to driving tuition, I spent years working under intense pressure as a specialist HART (Hazardous Area Response Team) Paramedic. My background in the emergency services means that no situation on the road will faze me, and I bring that exact same calm, supportive, and patient environment to my dual-controlled manual car. If you suffer from driving anxiety, feel nervous about busy junctions, or just want an instructor who is exceptionally reassuring, I can help you build your confidence at a pace that suits you perfectly.

Theory Test & Refresher Lessons

Theory Test Support: If you haven’t passed your theory test yet, don't worry! I will happily support and guide you through the preparation process once we commence your practical driving lessons.
Refresher Courses: If you have had time away from the roads, need to get used to driving in the UK, or want to gain confidence in a new vehicle, I offer tailored refresher lessons in my manual car.

I understand that it is not always possible to train during standard working hours due to college, work, or family commitments. Because of this, I do offer some evening and weekend availability to make scheduling your lessons as stress-free as possible.
