My name is Troy and I enjoy passing my knowledge on to others I will help you to develop the life long skills needed to be a safe driver which is more than simply focusing on just getting you to pass your driving test.
The benefit of this approach is that you will be fully prepared to be able to drive in the varied conditions and situations you may meet on the road.
Before becoming a driving instructor, I spent many years working locally within the horticulture business and part of my duties were to also carry out training for new recruits and these skills in teaching and development coupled with my passion for driving inspired me to become a driving instructor. I am a family man who has three grown up children.
My approach to teaching is to simplify driving for you as much as possible and help you to understand and develop natural car control.
Lessons are always conducted in an enjoyable, friendly and relaxed manner and are adapted to suit your learning style. I firmly believe in making my pupils feel at ease during their lessons because if you are at ease you will learn quicker and deeper.
Maybe you are a full licence holder and just need a little confidence building. With that in mind, I am also offering 'Refresher Driving Lessons' It is possible that you have had time away from driving, have not driven in the UK for a while or simply need to get to grips with a new car. I can carry out refresher driving lessons in my dual-controlled car or your own car.
I know the importance of providing all the reassurance that is needed and as a parent myself I understand how beneficial this approach is.
