Mark Passes His Final Part 3 Qualification To Become A Driving Instructor With PriPlus School of Motoring
As an ORDIT registered driving school, PriPlus School of Motoring do teach new drivers to drive, but did you know that we also train driving instructors, those who wish to make career changes and discover a rewarding career and be their own boss?
Today PriPlus School of Motoring congratulate Mark who has recently passed his final qualification to become an ADI driving instructor. Mark's journey started with PriPlus some months back. After passing an advanced theory test, it some one and a half hours long (Part 1 Test). Mark then had to train and pass an advanced driving test. (Part 2 Test)
Having 40 hours of one-to-one training with Lynne, Mark worked as a trainee driving instructor under the PriPlus School of Motoring banner, whilst undertaking further training from Lynne and Jacquie, both ORDIT registered trainers.
After a lot of hard work and benefitting from the experience of teaching real pupils Mark passed his final qualifying (Part 3 Test) with flying colours.
As a driving school, we have a 100% pass rate for our driving instructors who study hard and follow our trainer's advice. The national average pass rate to become a driving instructor is only 28%. Why would anyone go anywhere else to train to be a driving instructor?
With PriPlus School of Motoring all Driving Instructor Training is 'one to one' and all of PriPlus School of Motoring's instructor trainers are ORDIT registered as is PriPlus School of Motoring. As a school, we believe that this is the only way to become a proficient driving instructor in the 21st century. The days of a salesman selling you a quick training course are over and the industry is changing, and for the better.
Mark was with a large national driving school before he found PriPlus School of Motoring. He explains that the trainers were on many occasions not available to teach him, and when they were he found that some lacked the depth of knowledge as they did not have the ORDIT qualification, a qualification that distinguishes the trainer's knowledge of driving tuition.
Mark felt this school hundreds of miles away just wanted him to attend large classroom sessions in the North of England. and these residential training courses "cost the earth and benefited the large driving school more than him. As there were eight trainees on the course all paying up to £2000 each, Mark explained that he just wasn't getting the training he needed." He explained that he only realised this once he found PriPlus School of Motoring and received the correct, detailed training required to give him the best chance of qualifying and achieving his goal of becoming an ADI.
At PriPlus School of Motoring all of our Driving Instructors are part of a well-respected team, all building careers within our organisation and all have plenty of work.
Whilst training, PriPlus School of Motoring offers a stage payment facility without any credit checks. Why, because PriPlus School of Motoring want you to earn a good living whilst learning to become an ADI Driving Instructor and this is exactly what Mark did, Just £27.50 out of his weekly income paid for his training, not £1000 in advance.
